Terms & Conditions — 33kbd Platform Rules and User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered through the 33kbd platform at https://33kbd.net, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 33kbd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of 33kbd, including visitors who browse the platform without a registered account, registered users who place bets or play casino games, and any person who participates in a promotional offer or bonus scheme operated by 33kbd.

33kbd reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made, 33kbd will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use a 33kbd account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and admits no exceptions. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited on 33kbd.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of a 33kbd employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

33kbd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 33kbd services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 33kbd relies on the information you provide to operate your account, process payments, and communicate with you. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one account on 33kbd. If 33kbd determines, in its reasonable judgement, that multiple accounts are associated with the same individual — whether identified by name, address, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or any other indicator — all duplicate accounts may be closed without notice, and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. 33kbd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify 33kbd support immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 33kbd are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 33kbd does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges. You are responsible for any third-party fees levied by your payment provider.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 33kbd account balance immediately upon confirmation of the transaction. Bank transfer deposits via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, or other partner institutions are credited within one to three business hours, subject to the relevant bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Standard processing times are as follows:

33kbd reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly where a withdrawal amount is large, where account activity appears unusual, or where the account has not previously completed a verified withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure applied for your protection.

Funds deposited into your 33kbd account may only be withdrawn to the same payment method from which they were originally deposited. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and financial fraud. Exceptions may be granted at 33kbd's sole discretion in circumstances where the original payment method is no longer operational, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

33kbd offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Bonuses awarded by 33kbd are subject to wagering requirements before any portion of the bonus (or winnings derived from the bonus) may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual offer terms. Unless the specific offer states otherwise, the following general rules apply to all bonuses on 33kbd:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal request is processed against the bonus balance.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagers placed on restricted game categories (which may include certain live casino tables, jackpot slots, or specific sports markets) may not contribute toward wagering requirements, or may contribute at a reduced rate. This will be specified in the individual offer terms.
• Only one bonus offer may be active per account at any one time, unless the specific offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus offers are intended for recreational players only. 33kbd reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from any account where abnormal betting patterns, hedging, or other forms of bonus abuse are detected.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the 33kbd platform.
• 33kbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to the requirements of good faith and applicable law.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on 33kbd are governed by the specific product rules applicable to the relevant sport or game, in addition to these general terms. Where a conflict exists between a product-specific rule and these Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rule will prevail for matters relating to the conduct of play, and these Terms & Conditions will prevail for matters relating to account management, payments, and user conduct.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 33kbd system, it is binding and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming the wager. 33kbd will not be responsible for bets placed in error by the player.

For sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, and other sports listed on the platform, the following rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Price changes occurring after confirmation do not affect an accepted bet.
• In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the product rules, 33kbd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts.
• In-play betting markets are offered in real time. 33kbd takes reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy of live data, but accepts no liability for errors arising from data feed interruptions, communications failures, or other technical issues outside its reasonable control.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply to all markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may vary by market, event, and account tier.

For casino and slot games provided by third-party software suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, the rules of the individual game as specified by the software provider govern the conduct of play. 33kbd presents these games as a distribution platform and is not the game developer. In the event of a technical fault within a game, the relevant provider's rules and 33kbd's general dispute resolution process will apply.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33kbd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities. 33kbd employs automated and manual monitoring tools to detect prohibited activity.

• Multiple account operation: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on 33kbd, whether directly or through associates, relatives, or third parties.
• Identity fraud: Registering with false personal information, using another person's identity, or submitting forged or altered documents during the verification process.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic bet hedging, collusion with other players, operating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other behaviour designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players on the platform to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional offer, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or soft-playing in competitive formats.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the 33kbd platform without explicit written authorisation from 33kbd.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on information that is not publicly available, including knowledge of a fixed match outcome or non-public team selection information.
• Money laundering: Using 33kbd to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds in a manner that is designed to obscure the origin of those funds. 33kbd cooperates with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected money laundering activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider after a deposit has been credited to your 33kbd account. Any disputed transactions will be investigated and may result in account suspension.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or offensive communications at 33kbd staff, support agents, or other users of the platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

33kbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder has failed to satisfy a verification request within a reasonable timeframe.
• 33kbd has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• A regulatory, legal, or law enforcement authority has directed 33kbd to restrict the account.
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login, deposit, or wager activity.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion under 33kbd's Responsible Gaming policy.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email to your registered address. During a suspension period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. If the investigation concludes in your favour, your account will be reinstated and any legitimate withdrawal requests processed. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited in accordance with these terms.

You may request voluntary closure of your 33kbd account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements or an ongoing investigation will be refunded to your registered payment method within five business days. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited on closure.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including concerns about problem gambling — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in account settings, or to contact support directly.
